Fantastic pair of large flower beetle belonging to the subgroup of goliaths. Already its Latin name “Megalo..rrhina” and its accessory to goliaths suggest that it is a really big beetle in its group. The male has a distinctive forked horn used in fighting over females. Despite its bizarre appearance, it is a harmless beetle. The female lacks the horny growth. This species is found in two forms – “f.procera” and “f.haroldi”, which we also offer.
